I cannot stress this enough Newlookcars Ltd is the best car dealer experience I have ever had! Luke is easily the best car salesperson I have ever met. From start to finish nothing was too much, I called at around 900am on a Sunday morning by 11am I was on my test drive and by Thursday I was picking up the car! The attention to detail to get the car in the best possible condition for handover was unlike anything I have ever experienced including a full service, MOT and valet! Outstanding. I rarely leave feedback but Luke & Stephen should be praised. I bought a BMW x5 from them. Very fair price, car as described. Work was carried out on the car prior to collection that of it wasn’t for their honesty and integrity I would have been none the wiser. Nothing was to much trouble and excellent communication. I live 21/2 hours away but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.
